PerformX 2026 | EOI

Mentor & Program Assistant Opportunities

2026 at PerformX Academy

Thanks for your interest in joining the PerformX mentor team in 2026. Consistency matters here and our students grow fastest when they can rely on the same mentors, especially in the key weeks where everything comes together.

We’re flexible where we can be, but there are a few critical dates each semester that we do need covered and well planned for to deliver the PerformX standard and give students the experience they deserve. Please review the key dates, providing information where able. This information helps us with planning and developing the required headcount to deliver our program in 2026, Semester 1.

Were you engaged with PerformX in 2025?

KEY DATES
Semester 1, Term 1:- 27th January to 29th March 2026
Semester 1, Term 2:- 28th April to 28th June 2026

Do you have any unavailability for the above key dates?

Planned Discovery Days:-

• Friday 30th January 2026
• Saturday 31st January 2026
• Friday 6th February 2026
• Saturday 7th February 2026

Are you available for our Discovery Days?

End of Semester Performance:-
• Sunday 21st June 2026 (Back-up extra rehearsal Day)
• Thursday 25th June, 3pm on-wards (Dress Rehearsal + Tech Run)

While we do our best to match preferences, class timetables may change as we balance overall Academy needs, including maintaining sufficient coverage for mentor absences.)

PerformX Pay Structure

PerformX engages mentors as independent contractors, so an ABN is required. Payment is made via invoice and includes:

• An hourly contact rate for teaching time with students

• An hourly non-contact rate for approved work outside class (e.g. meetings)

• A fixed per-class planning allowance to cover preparation for class delivery, paid at the end of each completed term
