Aladdin Jr Cast Registration Form

Congratulations on being cast in Disney's Aladdin Jr, presented by PerformX Productions.

Please complete this registration form to confirm your child’s place in the cast.  This form must be completed within 48 hours of a casting offer to receive the Early Bird Discount. After this time the role will be re-offered to another Auditionee.

This form includes your registration details, measurements and secure payment of the Cast Fee at the end.

Your place in the production is confirmed once this form has been submitted.

This information helps us ensure a safe, supportive, and positive experience for every student. All details shared are kept  and used only to support your performer during rehearsals and performances.

How is the Performer to be dismissed at the end of Rehearsals?

Students who are not free to leave on their own will be dismissed by PerformX team with the student visually acknowledging sight of the person collecting them. Please ensure you inform performers of who will be collecting them.
